Walk amongst the modern high street shops housed in old converted houses and 16th and 17th Century pubs that still serve ale. The market still retains its old cobbled stone floor and in the summer, buskers show off their performing skills in the square, adding to the city’s festivities.

Two Bedroom Apartment
Sleeps up to four and has two bedrooms with double beds, a fully fitted kitchen, living and dining area, and one bathroom.

Each serviced apartment is fully self contained, furnished to high standard.  We offer self check in to offer you more flexibility. Check in time is from 4pm and check out is by 10am.

Booking process

To secure booking, full payment of stay will be charged at time of booking.  In the absence of payment being received the Company reserves the right to cancel the rental.  A holding deposit is held to cover all damages, losses and other charges. After vacating the apartment, any deposit will be returned no more than 7 days after departure.

Ways to Pay

Payments may be made to the Company in GBP sterling by: BACS transfer, Visa, MasterCard, Switch, or American Express. Additional charges, as indicated on invoices, may be levied for payment by credit card at the current charges levied by the relative card provider at time of payment.

Cancellation policy

For stays up to 89 nights, notice of cancellation must be given 14 days’ prior to arrival. Where the notice of cancellation given is less than 14 days prior to arrival, a cancellation charge will be applied equivalent to 14 days rental or the total cost of the stay, whichever is the lower.

Notice given within 14 days will result in a charge equal to 14 nights minus the number of days’ notice given. For example, if check-in is on 8th August and notice to cancel is given on 3rd August, then 5 days’ notice has been given and a charge of 9 nights will therefore apply (14 days – 5 days’ notice given = 9 night charge).

For 90 night stays and over, 30 days’ notice prior to arrival to avoid a charge equal to 30 nights accommodation.

A higher nightly rate may apply in the case of any reductions to the duration of the stay and this payment will be due immediately. Extensions are subject to availability. Refunds will not be made for non-arrivals.

Refunds will not be applicable for non-arrivals.
