The rate is quoted nightly and includes VAT at the prevailing rate for the first 28 days and thereafter at 4%. Rates are fully inclusive of weekly maid and linen service Monday to Friday, all utility. For stays longer than 90 nights please do request further discounts. Rates are subject to change. |
Booking process
To secure booking, full payment of stay will be charged at time of booking. In the absence of payment being received the Company reserves the right to cancel the rental. A holding deposit is held to cover all damages, losses and other charges. After vacating the apartment, any deposit will be returned no more than 7 days after departure.
Ways to Pay
Payment is due immediately after your booking is confirmed. Please note that guests must provide a copy of ID prior to arrival. For stays over 60 nights monthly billing can be arranged.
Cancellation policy
For stays up to 89 nights, notice of cancellation must be given 14 days’ prior to arrival. Where the notice of cancellation given is less than 14 days prior to arrival, a cancellation charge will be applied equivalent to 14 days rental or the total cost of the stay, whichever is the lower.
Notice given within 14 days will result in a charge equal to 14 nights minus the number of days’ notice given.
For 90 night stays and over, 30 days’ notice prior to arrival to avoid a charge equal to 30 nights accommodation.
A higher nightly rate may apply in the case of any reductions to the duration of the stay and this payment will be due immediately. Extensions are subject to availability. Refunds will not be made for non-arrivals.
