Commercial Road Apartments are based in Aldgate in East London and are set within a newly-built residential building offering studios, one and two bedroom serviced apartments for short stays and corporate lets.

Each apartment is designed for an enjoyable home away from home experience in the city with bright open plan layouts, Smart TVs,  relaxing decor, all furnishings and premium fittings in every room. Kitchens feature all your essential appliances for dining in and cooking such as a oven, hob, fridge and dishwasher. There is a washer dryer for convenient laundry. Bedrooms provide a restful space to recharge with high quality mattresses and storage for luggage and bathrooms come with contemporary tiles and fresh towels. Some apartments also have sofa beds for extra guests.

Weekly housekeeping is provided as standard and a round the clock helpline is available for any emergencies. All your utility bills and wireless internet are also included during your stay.

East London is a bustling corner of the city close to the business districts and commercial hubs with plenty to see and do from eclectic markets, vintage designer stores, multi-cuisine restaurants and vibrant art galleries around Brick Lane and Liverpool Street. There’s plenty of local amenities and easy transport links too.

Booking process

To secure booking, full payment of stay will be charged at time of booking.  In the absence of payment being received the Company reserves the right to cancel the rental.  A holding deposit is held to cover all damages, losses and other charges. After vacating the apartment, any deposit will be returned no more than 7 days after departure.

Ways to Pay

Payment is due immediately after your booking is confirmed. Please note that guests must provide a copy of ID prior to arrival. For stays over 60 nights monthly billing can be arranged.

Cancellation policy

For stays up to 89 nights, notice of cancellation must be given 14 days’ prior to arrival. Where the notice of cancellation given is less than 14 days prior to arrival, a cancellation charge will be applied equivalent to 14 days rental or the total cost of the stay, whichever is the lower.

Notice given within 14 days will result in a charge equal to 14 nights minus the number of days’ notice given.

For 90 night stays and over, 30 days’ notice prior to arrival to avoid a charge equal to 30 nights accommodation.

A higher nightly rate may apply in the case of any reductions to the duration of the stay and this payment will be due immediately. Extensions are subject to availability. Refunds will not be made for non-arrivals.
