A townhouse two bedroom apartment is split into 2-3 levels. It consists of a master bedroom with a double bed, and the second bedroom has a 2 x single beds.

A two bedroom mews house has two floors with the bed on the top floor and living room on ground. It consists of a master bedroom with a double bed, and the second bedroom also has a double bed.

Payment
Full rent plus any additional charges is required 4 weeks prior to arrival. Bookings in May-Sep and 15th -31st December require payment 8 weeks in advance of arrival
Prior to arrival a dilapidation deposit of £1000 is required for a booking of 1 week; for longer stays a dilapidation deposit equates to 1 week’s rent. The deposit is returned to the guest after departure subject to any outstanding incidentals or dilapidation charges that may incur during the guests stay. A Temporary Accommodation Licence Agreement is required to be signed by the resident and property manager prior to apartment occupation.
Method of Payment
Payments is recommended by bank transfer. Payment can also be made by credit cards (American Express, Diners, Visa, Mastercard) which are accepted on the return of a property credit card authorisation form (to be completed by guest), or by cheque. Incidental payment, guest will be sent an invoice of incidental charges after departure.
Cancellation
Cancellation prior to tenancy is required in writing. If the written notice is received less than 3 weeks from the commencement of the licence period the cancellation charge will be 100% of the total payment due under th eagreement up to a maximum of 3 weeks. If the written notice is received between 3-4 weeks from the commencement of the licence period the cancellation charge shall be 75% of the total payment due under the agreement up to a maximum of 3 weeks. bookins from May-Sep and 15th -31st December require written notice at least 8 weeks prior to arrival. If notice is received between 7-8 weeks the cancellation is 75% of total stay, if notice is less than 7 weeks prior to arrival cancellation charge is 100% up to maximum of 4 weeks.
A guest who wishes to cancel must notify Cheval Apartments in writing.

If the written notice is received between 3-4 weeks from the commencement of the licence period the cancellation charge shall be 75% of the total payment due under the agreement up to a maximum of 3 weeks. Bookings for stays between May to September or 15th to 31st December require written notice at least 8 weeks prior to arrival. If notice is received between 7-8 weeks prior to arrival, it is 75% cancellation charge, if notice is less than 7 weeks the charge is 100% up to a maximum of 4 weeks.
