Booking Process
This apartment can be booked like a hotel. A credit/debit card is required to guarantee the apartment. Cards accepted are American Express, Master Card, Switch/Maestro, Visa.
Payment
For bookings of 1-6 nights, made more than four weeks prior to arrival, a deposit equal to the first nights’ stay will be charged to your card.
For bookings of 7 nights or more, made more than four weeks prior to arrival, a 25% deposit will be taken.
All bookings made within four weeks of arrival will be charged in full.
Payment
On arrival, you will be asked for full prepayment at the rate you booked at.
Security Deposit
For stays of up to one month, a deposit of £200.00 will be taken to cover any incidental expenses you might incur during your stay. For stays of more than one month the deposit would be £500.00.
Cancellation policy
If you cancel or change a confirmed reservation, the following policy applies. Standard cancellation is 14 days prior to arrival for free cancellation, any cancellation less than 14 days prior to arrival is subject to full accommodation charge. Monies taken at booking stage after a cancellation occurs will be refunded in accordance with the above cancellation charging structure.
