Queen’s Park is situated in North West London, tucked, within easy reach of the chic Kensal Rise, Ladbroke Grove and Maida Vale areas. Queen’s Park Station is a short walk from our apartments and has great links to London Paddington and Euston stations also. No reception and no Lifts in building.
With a large number of apartments all under the same roof, this excellent accommodation facility is recently refurbished and has studio options for those looking to stay close to the centre of London. The apartments are spacious – some with beautiful vaulted ceilings – and all celebrate contemporary open-plan living space and come equipped with newly fitted fully integrated kitchens and bathrooms.
The apartments are beautifully appointed with stylish and practical furnishings, muted sleek colour palettes, comfortable furniture and all the essential home comforts. They come with fully fitted and integrated kitchens, fresh towels and bed linen, free wireless internet, separate living space (except studios), bright modern tiled bathroom suites, storage space and TVs.

Each serviced apartment is fully self contained, furnished to high standard. We offer self check in to offer you more flexibility. Check in time is from 4pm and check out is by 10am.
Booking process
To secure booking, full payment of stay will be charged at time of booking. In the absence of payment being received the Company reserves the right to cancel the rental. A holding deposit is held to cover all damages, losses and other charges. After vacating the apartment, any deposit will be returned no more than 7 days after departure.
Ways to Pay
Payments may be made to the Company in GBP sterling by: BACS transfer, Visa, MasterCard, Switch, or American Express. Additional charges, as indicated on invoices, may be levied for payment by credit card at the current charges levied by the relative card provider at time of payment.
Cancellation policy
For stays up to 89 nights, notice of cancellation must be given 14 days’ prior to arrival. Where the notice of cancellation given is less than 14 days prior to arrival, a cancellation charge will be applied equivalent to 14 days rental or the total cost of the stay, whichever is the lower.
Notice given within 14 days will result in a charge equal to 14 nights minus the number of days’ notice given. For example, if check-in is on 8th August and notice to cancel is given on 3rd August, then 5 days’ notice has been given and a charge of 9 nights will therefore apply (14 days – 5 days’ notice given = 9 night charge).
For 90 night stays and over, 30 days’ notice prior to arrival to avoid a charge equal to 30 nights accommodation.
A higher nightly rate may apply in the case of any reductions to the duration of the stay and this payment will be due immediately. Extensions are subject to availability. Refunds will not be made for non-arrivals.
